A real conference room with A/V — not a phone booth. Host clients, run workshops, close deals. Members pay $45/hr — sign in first.

If you'll be in more than a few hours a month, a WorkPad membership is almost always cheaper than hourly bookings — and members get priority booking, additional discounted hours, and conference room time included.
