How we handle your data, payments, and access

Membership payments are processed by Stripe through a secure embedded checkout. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's payment form and are never seen, stored, or transmitted by WorkPad's own systems.

Memberships are charged at signup. Booking access begins when doors open on August 1, 2026.

When you reserve a membership we collect your name, email, optional phone, and optional business name. We use this information to confirm your reservation, send membership and booking updates, and respond to messages you send us.

When you book a meeting room, we additionally store the times you've booked and any notes you choose to add.

Member accounts are protected by sign-in. Access to bookings, profile details, and door / Wi-Fi credentials is limited to the signed-in member who owns them, enforced at the database layer with row-level security policies.

Door codes and Wi-Fi credentials are only released to members with an active or upcoming booking.

We send transactional email (reservation confirmations, booking reminders, payment receipts) and occasional account messages. Every marketing-style message includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests immediately.

We do not sell or rent your contact information.

Each of these providers is responsible for the security of their own platform. We configure them to use encryption in transit and at rest.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability or a privacy issue with this site, please email hello@workpadoffices.com with the details. We'll acknowledge your report and work with you on a fix.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated bookings by emailing hello@workpadoffices.com.
